Get your hands in the dough and discover the craft behind truly great pasta.
Join Chef Raffaele at Mano Bella – South Park for an intimate, hands-on pasta-making experience that takes you through the process from flour to fork. Raffaele will share his knowledge of Italian flour, what makes a great pasta dough, and the techniques behind creating different styles and shapes of fresh pasta.
Then it’s your turn. You’ll mix, knead, shape, and make your own pasta alongside Raffaele before cooking it and gathering around the table to enjoy what you’ve created.
This isn’t just a demonstration—it’s a chance to learn, make, cook, and eat while experiencing the traditions and techniques behind the pasta we make every day at Mano Bella.
Light snacks and refreshments will be served throughout the evening.
