Experience the flavors of Emilia-Romagna, Italy's Food Valley, with a special multi-course dinner inspired by one of Italy's most celebrated culinary regions, where centuries-old traditions, exceptional ingredients, and a deep love of food come together.
Join Chef Raffaele as he explores the rich culinary heritage of Emilia-Romagna, bringing together dishes that celebrate the ingredients and flavors that have made this region famous around the world—from Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma to delicate handmade pasta and traditional regional specialties.
Throughout the evening, we'll share a little of the history, traditions, and inspiration behind each dish, creating a dinner that feels like a journey through Emilia-Romagna without leaving Charlotte.
