Experience the flavors of Umbria, the green heart of Italy, with a special multi-course dinner inspired by the region’s rustic traditions and deeply rooted food culture.
Join Chef Raffaele as he dives into the regional cuisine of Umbria, bringing together dishes that celebrate the ingredients and flavors that define this beautiful part of Italy—from porcini mushrooms and truffles to comforting handmade pasta and slow-cooked meats.
Throughout the evening, we’ll share a little of the history and inspiration behind each dish, creating a dinner that feels like a journey through Umbria without leaving Charlotte.
